[UK] PhD Studentship in Animal Science, University of Bristol


PhD Studentship Division of Farm Animal Science

Applications are invited from graduates in the biological, agricultural or food sciences for a Postgraduate Studentship to study for a PhD in the Division of Farm Animal Science, School of Clinical Veterinary Science, University of Bristol (under the supervision of Professor JD Wood). The three-year studentship is funded by the Meat and Livestock Commission. The project will examine factors controlling the tenderness and flavour of pigmeat, which are part of a programme funded by BPEX (the British Pig Executive) at Bristol.

Tax-free stipend: £12,000 per annum.
